Razer recently introduced Blade 18, its latest flagship gaming laptop model with a screen up to 18 inches. Offering three display options, all in 18-inch sizes, users can choose from QHD+ 240 Hz 16:10 (2560 x 1600), QHD+ 300 Hz Mini-LED 16:10 (2560 x 1600), and UHD+ 200 Hz, 16:10 (3840x2400).

Basically, users can choose between two powerful CPUs: Core i9-13980HX or Core i9-14900HX, both with 24 cores and boost speeds up to 5.5 GHz or 5.8 GHz. Graphics card options include the RTX 4060, 4070, 4080 and 4090 GPUs, all with the highest TGP available, meaning no power squeeze.
A standout feature never before seen on any 14th generation laptop is the integration of the Thunderbolt 5 connection standard.
This latest standard enables higher bandwidth up to 120 Gbps for upcoming devices. However, it is worth noting that currently on the market there are no devices that support this standard, including GPUs.
In terms of price, the low-end model has a 13th Gen Core CPU, RTX 4060 GPU, QHD 240Hz display, 32GB memory and 1TB internal storage, starting at $3,099. This can be considered the highest price for a laptop that is only equipped with an RTX 4060 GPU.
At the top end, the highest variant, equipped with a Core i9-14900HX, RTX 4090, 64GB RAM, 4TB storage and 4K display, costs $4,799. It's clear that Razer has traditionally been one of the most expensive options available, with price seemingly not a deterrent to buyers who are fans of the brand.
In addition, Razer's world's first 18" 4K 200Hz display offers unprecedented visual fidelity: With the world's first 18" 4K 200Hz display and resolution up to UHD+ (3840×2400) , 3ms response time and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut are factory verified and calibrated by Calman before shipping.
