Furmark is a tool launched in 2007, with the purpose of measuring power consumption as well as monitoring heat emitted on VGA models. Recently, after more than 17 years of launch, Furmark 2 was finally released with a series of valuable upgrades. Today, let's join Phuc Anh to learn about this new software.

FurMark 2 has officially launched and is coming out of beta. The latest release (now public) brings support for various APIs such as OpenGL 3.2 and Vulkan 1.1. It is designed to be cross-platform and the developers are committed to adding support for additional APIs as needed. The tool offers both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, ensuring compatibility with older operating systems as well. The tool is also expanding its reach to include platforms like the Raspberry Pi 5 and is gaining support for macOS.

Regarding benchmarking, users can choose from traditional testing or explore testing with newly set options. Note that different benchmarks and APIs may yield different scores. Furmark 2 launched

Additionally, Furmark also has executables for Shark and GPU-Z GPUs. You can easily launch those applications from Furmark without downloading any external software
